What Hub Odara does, what it does not do, and what is expected of each side.
A platform that brings brands and content creators together for content campaigns, with human curation in between. The Hub introduces, organises the negotiation, keeps the agreement, and proves the result. The creator makes the content; the brand hires.
The Hub also hosts event pages with ticket sales at creators.hubodara.com. Their rules are set out under Events and tickets.
People aged 18 and over, using truthful information. Access is by invitation or through an application approved by our curation team: the Hub is not open, and we may decline an application without that implying any judgement about the person.
The exception is the event participant account. Anyone who buys a ticket or receives a pass for an event, and does not have an account yet, gets a participant account without going through curation. It shows their tickets and lets them connect Instagram, but it is not shown to brands and is not suggested for campaigns. A creator account still depends on curation: through an application or through an approved Creator Pass.
Your account is yours. Do not lend it, do not sell it, and do not share your password. Whatever happens through it is attributed to you.
Every proposal carries the value agreed with the creator. The difference between what the brand pays and what the creator receives is the platform's fee, and it is shown to both sides in the proposal.
In campaigns, Hub Odara does not process payments. We are not a payment institution and we do not hold anyone's campaign money. Payment happens outside the platform, between the parties, as agreed in each campaign. The financial tracking screen is being built and will be announced when it exists.
Event tickets are a different case, with their own rules: ticket payments are processed by N7 Pay, as explained under Events and tickets.
The content belongs to the creator. By accepting a campaign, the creator licenses the brand to use the delivered pieces on the terms agreed in that proposal, and licenses the Hub to display them on the platform as proof of delivery.
The creator warrants that what they publish is theirs or that they have the right to use it, and that it follows advertising rules: paid content is identified as advertising, under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code and CONAR guidelines.
Inflated figures are what we care most about stopping, because they break the only thing the Hub sells: the confidence that a reported result is the real one. Where we find it, access ends.
It is optional. Connecting gives the Hub permission to read your professional profile and the metrics of your posts, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect whenever you want, and the Hub goes back to using the figures you report.
The Continuar com Instagram ("Continue with Instagram") button on event pages does not create that connection. It makes a single read, only to check the follower count the Creator Pass requires, and keeps no access token. What it reads is listed in the Privacy Policy. If that Instagram account is already linked to a Hub account, the same button signs you in.
The platform depends on the Instagram API, operated by Meta, which may change or remove features without notice. When that happens the Hub adapts, and whatever can no longer be verified goes back to being self reported.
Event pages live at creators.hubodara.com. The ticket is sold, and the event is put on, by the event organiser, identified on each event page by name, CNPJ (Brazilian company number), and address. Hub Odara is the platform where the sale takes place.
Ticket payments are processed by N7 Pay, a payment intermediary that uses the Asaas gateway for charges in Brazilian reais. You can pay by PIX (Brazil's instant payment system) or by credit card in up to 6 instalments.
A service fee may be added to the ticket price to cover the cost of processing the payment: a fixed amount for PIX and a percentage for cards, higher from 4 instalments. The amounts are set per event, shown on the event page (already included in the instalment amounts) and itemised at checkout before you pay. The service fee is refunded together with the ticket if you exercise your right of withdrawal or if the event is cancelled.
Card details travel encrypted, over HTTPS, to the Hub's servers, which pass them on immediately to N7 Pay solely to process the charge. The Hub and the organiser do not store the full card number or the security code: all that is kept is the card brand and the last four digits.
N7 Pay requires the buyer's CPF (Brazilian taxpayer number) for every charge: for PIX, under a Central Bank of Brazil rule; for cards, for the anti-fraud check, which also requires the cardholder's postcode (CEP), house number, and phone number.
Questions about tickets, and requests for withdrawal, refunds, and changes of holder, go to the organiser's email address shown on the event page. For Odara Creator Brasília, it is contato@odaracomunicacao.com.br.
Every ticket and every pass lives in a Hub account. If you do not have one yet, it is created with the email address you gave when buying or applying, and you set the password through a link.
An account created this way is a participant account: it shows your tickets and lets you connect Instagram, but it is not shown to brands and is not suggested for campaigns. Becoming a Hub creator still goes through curation. The exception is a Creator Pass approved by the curation team, which comes with a creator account.
What we collect to sell tickets and issue passes, why, and who we share it with is set out in the Privacy Policy. Permission to be contacted about Odara mentoring and opportunities is a separate, optional checkbox that starts unticked: buying does not depend on it.
You can leave whenever you want, under My Account. We may end access that breaches these terms, stating the reason. In either case the record of campaigns already carried out is kept, because it is the contract between two parties and does not belong to just one of them. Purchase and ticket records are also kept, for the period the law requires.
The Hub introduces and organises. We do not guarantee campaign results, sales figures, or post performance, because those depend on the content, the audience, and the network's algorithm, none of which are ours.
We work to keep the platform available, without promising uninterrupted service.
When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them, and any relevant change is announced by email. Continuing to use the platform after that notice means accepting the new version.
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of Brasília, Federal District, Brazil, are elected for anything that cannot be resolved through conversation.
